Patient Scheduling
Send the referral or physical therapy order by fax or secure email.
Include the patient’s demographic information, insurance information, diagnosis, relevant medical records, imaging reports, operative notes, and any treatment precautions.
Our office will contact the patient to verify benefits and schedule an evaluation.
Please do not submit protected health information through a standard website contact form. Patient referrals and medical documentation should only be transmitted through an approved secure fax, secure email system, or other authorized communication method.
Insurance and Payment Options
Healing Physical Therapy will be accepting major insurance plans, U.S. Veterans insurance, Medicare, MassHealth. Currently we accept Workers’ Compensation, motor vehicle accident insurance, and private-pay patients. Coverage and authorization requirements may vary. Our office can assist patients with verifying their benefits before their first appointment.
Coordinated Care and Provider Communication
Our team is committed to supporting continuity of care. When appropriate and authorized by the patient, we can provide evaluation findings, progress updates, discharge summaries, and recommendations for continued care.
